The BG5 Career Design Overview is designed to introduce your client to the fundamentals of their Unique Career Design. The Overview is also an essential element in a Partnership Analysis, Alpha One Leadership Analysis and Small Business Penta Analysis.

By the end of this semester you will be able to deliver a BG5 Career Design Overview to your clients which includes the first six of the 16 Success Codes. -

Learn the energetic dynamics of how individuals operate when they are in a small group or large group. -
Identify the correct career environment for an individual based on their design
Is a client designed to work Solo, in Partnership, in a Small Group or in a Large Group. Learn how to identify the environment in the BG5 Career Design. -
Understand the 12 Business Skills and how to identify them in a clients Career Design
There are 12 core business skills that are necessary for any business to thrive. Discover the key skills and how to identify those skills in a clients BG5 Career Design.
BG5 Certification Course
Below is the outline of the courses as well as the times and dates
Class 1 - Introduction to BG5
Discover what BG5 is all about! In this 2 hour class we will explore the basics of what BG5 is all about, the opportunities available in becoming a BG5 Consultant, and so much more!
Class 2 - Organizing Frequency & Assimilation
We will explore the organizing frequency of life and what connects us with each other. We will also explore how we assimilate information to set the foundation for understanding the different work environments.
Class 3 - Small & Large Organization Working Environments
We will explore who works best in a small group or a large group setting. We will dive into all of the factors that are necessary to determine someone's best working environment and how to deliver that information to your client.

Class 4 - Partnership & Solo Working Environments
We will explore who works best in partnership or solo setting. We will dive into all of the factors that are necessary to determine someone's best working environment and how to deliver that information to your client.
Class 5 - Builders-Delivering a Career Design Overview
Learn how to deliver the first 6 Success Codes in a BG5 Career Design Overview to a BUILDER Career Type. The Overview is the foundation for any type of BG5 Analysis you will deliver.
Class 6 - Advisors-Delivering a Career Design Overview
Learn how to deliver the first 6 Success Codes in a BG5 Career Design Overview to an ADVISOR Career Type. The Overview is the foundation for any type of BG5 Analysis you will deliver.
Class 7 - Initiators-Delivering a Career Design Overview

We will explore the remaining six of twelve BG5 Business Skills necessary for any business. See how these 6 Trait morph and change when in a Small Group vs being by yourself as an individual.

As an instructor for the BG5 Business Institute and former Director of Training, Marketing and Educational Development, Karen helped launch the BG5 Business Institute and helped develop the course curriculum and training materials.

Karen has worked with and taught BG5/Human Design for over a decade and has over 25 years of management experience. Karen brings her knowledge and real world field experience to both her training and work with clients and has a passion for getting this information out into the world.
